I plugged in my self-fit box but the light didn’t come on
If you’ve checked that the self-fit box is securely plugged into the port (and there’s no debris or an obstruction stopping this being pushed in fully) then give us a call on 0333 2309 272 and we’ll check whether it’s sending us a signal.
