Promotion date: The following terms and conditions for the free petrol prize draw will be effective from 28th August 2019 and will continue until midnight 22nd September 2019.
Winner notification: The winners will be notified by email on 23rd September 2019.
The winners will have 7 days from the time that the email is sent in order to claim their prize. As part of claiming prize the winners will be asked to reply via email providing ther bank name, account number and sort code, within 7 days so we can process a bank transfer.

The winners will be selected at random at the discretion of the ingenie team. The decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

The prize will be paid by bank transfer, up to the value on the proof of receipt submitted.

The prize draw is not open to employees, their families and contractors to ingenie and their families or any persons involved directly with the organisation.
By taking part in the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the prize draw (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
ingenie accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
ingenie accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
ingenie further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s belongings or to any computer as a result of downloading any materials in connection with the prize draw.
ingenie shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside of its reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
