1. THE PROMOTER
This giveaway prize draw is organised by A-Plan Holdings trading as ingenie, with company number (No. 750484) (FRN 310164) ("The Promoter"). 2. THE GIVEAWAY
2.1. The title of the giveaway is called ingenie's 'Your Christmas driving song' giveaway.
2.2. One winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries across our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
2.3. The winner will be sent one £30 Sainsbury's eGift card.
2.4. You will need to comment the Christmas song you would pick if one was stuck on repeat every time you drive. You will also need to like the post and follow ingenie on the social media channel you are taking part in.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The giveaway prize draw will run from 12 midday Monday 20th December to 10am Thursday 23rd December 2021.
3.2. All giveaway prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the competition:
3.3.1. You must be complete all the instructions given in the social media competition post. This will be to comment on the social media post with the Christmas song of your choice. You will also need to like the post and follow ingenie on the social media channel you are taking part in.
3.4. By submitting a giveaway prize draw entry, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

3.6. The prize winner will be chosen within the 7 days following the closing date. The winner/s will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries, using a online random number generator.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. In order to enter you must:
4.1.1. Complete all the instructions given in the social media competition post. This will be to comment on the social media post with the Christmas song of your choice. You will also need to like the post and follow ingenie on the social media channel you are taking part in.
4.2. The giveaway prize draw is open to all residents in the UK (aged 17 and over) except:
4.2.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the giveaway or its administration, and
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person, per social media channel the giveaway post appears on.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the giveaway. The entry must not contain any offensive content. The Promoter reserves the right to delete or hide any comment that it considers, in the sole Opinion of the Promotor, offensive.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The prize is one £30 Sainsbury's eGift card.
5.2. The prize will be sent to the email address provided by the winner within one week of the competition ending.
5.3. The eGift card must be used before the expiry date stated on the eGift card. ingenie does not accept any liability for e-vouchers not used before this deadline.
5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.6. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a prizes being lost, deleted, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
5.7. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.8. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. WINNER
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The winner will be notified by social media within 7 days of the closing date and be asked to confirm their email address.
6.3. The winner has 7 days, from being informed that they are the prize winner, to claim the prize.
6.4. If you object to any or all of your name, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
8.2 ingenie will use the personal data and answers submitted to administer the competition and distribute prizes.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspect, cancel, or amend the prize giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
