1. THE PROMOTER

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1. The title of the competition is ingenie’s spot the ingenie beanie competition. There will be a total of 5 spot the ingenie beanie images posted on ingenie’s social media throughout the duration of the competition.
2.2. For each of the 5 spot the ingenie beanie posts, there will be one winner selected. The winner will be selected at random from all entries across ingenie's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The winner/s will need to correctly complete the competition instructions.
2.3. The competition prize bundle for each winner is: one ingenie beanie hat, one ingenie ice scraper, one air freshener and a food treats.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The competition will run from 11am Monday 29th November 2021 to 10am Monday 6th December 2021. Each post will specify its exact closing date and time.
3.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date and time. All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the competition you must:
3.3.1. Complete all the instructions given in the social media competition post. This will be to comment on the post with the correct number of ingenie beanies in the image, follow ingenie on the social media page you’re entering the competition on and like the post.
3.4. By submitting a competition entry, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

3.6. A prize winner/s will be chosen within the 7 days following the closing date, by using an online random number generator.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. In order to enter you must:
4.1.1. Complete all the instructions given in the social media competition post. This will be to comment on the post with the correct number of ingenie beanies in the image, follow ingenie on the social media page you’re entering the competition on and like the post.
4.2. The competition is open to all residents in the UK (aged 17 and over) except:
4.2.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person, per social media channel the competition post appears on.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The competition prize bundle for each winner is: one ingenie beanie hat, one ingenie ice scraper, one air freshener and a few food treats.
5.2. The prizes will be sent to the UK address provided by the winner/s within one week of the competition ending.
5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.5. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a prizes being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
5.6. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.7. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. WINNERS
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The winner will be notified by social media within 7 days of the closing date and be asked to confirm their address.
6.3. The winner has 7 days, from being informed that they are the prize winner, to claim the prize.
6.4. If you object to any or all of your social media handle, name, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
8.2 ingenie will use the personal data and answers submitted to administer the competition and distribute prizes.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspect, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
