1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 This giveaway and promotion is organised by A-Plan Holdings trading as ingenie, with company number (No. 750484) (FRN 310164 ) ("Promoter"). 1.2 These Terms and Conditions set out all the rights and obligations that apply to the ingenie Learner 10% Discount Code: LEARNER10 (the “Promotion”) and gift bundle giveaway. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or deal.
2. THE GIVEAWAY AND PROMOTION
2.1. The title of the giveaway and promotion is ingenie’s Learner 10% discount code and gift bundle giveaway.
2.2. ingenie will be giving away a maximum of 100 gift bundles. Each gift bundle consists of a 10% discount code off ingenie’s short-term Learner car insurance, a car air freshener and the choice of either 2 L-plates or 2 P-plates, depending on the choice made by the entrant on the giveaway form.
2.3. The giveaway is capped at the first 100 people to submit their details on the giveaway form. (link to form)
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The giveaway will run from 01/12/21 to midnight 27/12/21 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2. All giveaway entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.

3.4. By submitting your details the entrant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

4. THE PRIZE
4.1. Each gift bundle consists of a 10% discount code off ingenie’s short-term Learner car insurance, a car air freshener and the choice of either 2 L-plates or 2 P-plates, depending on the choice made by the entrant on the giveaway form.
4.2. The discount code will be sent to the email address provided by the entrant within one week of completing the form.
4.3. The car air freshener and L/P plates will be sent to the address provided by the entrant within one week of completing the form.
4.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4.5. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
4.6. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a prizes being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
4.7. No cash alternative will be offered.
4.8. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4.9. The gift bundle prizes will be sent (by email and post) to the entrant within 7 days of completing the form.
5. THE DISCOUNT
5.1. The Promotion will be valid against any purchase for a short-term learner policy (“Policy”), which is purchased in the Promotion Period. The Promotion cannot be used retrospectively.
5.2. The Promotion will discount 10% off the overall premium of the Policy using LEARNER10.
6. REDEEMING YOUR DISCOUNT
6.1. The Promotion will run from 01/12/21 to 27/12/21 (“Promotion Period”).
6.2. To qualify for the discount, you must obtain a policy quote and purchase that policy through ingenie’s website. You must meet all other eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions and the relevant Policy underwriting criteria.
6.3. The discount code is not negotiable or transferable.
6.4. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a discount code not working through no fault of ingenie.

7. ELIGIBILITY
7.1. The Promotion is open to the residents in the UK and aged 17 or over who hold a provisional license. Except:
7.1.1 Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
7.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
7.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of 7.1.1 or 7.1.2 above.
7.2. By using the discount code, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

7.4 The Promotion is limited to only one policy per customer, subject to meeting underwriting criteria.
7.5 No cash or credit alternative will be provided. This Promotion has no cash value. Any additional costs or requirements associated with the Promotion are the responsibility of the customer.
7.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the use of the discount code.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the discount receiver or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the discount except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
9.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
10. GENERAL
10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from receiving the discount.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the discount code where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
