1. THE PROMOTER
This giveaway prize draw is organised by A-Plan Holdings trading as ingenie, with company number (No. 750484) (FRN 310164) (The "Promoter"). Registered in England at 2 Des Roches Square, Witney, OX28 4LE. You can contact ingenie in relation to the giveaway by emailing us at marketingteam@ingenie.com.
2. THE GIVEAWAY
2.1. The title of the giveaway is called ingenie's 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram giveaway. There will be 4 Instagram story posts to reply to, by Direct Message (DM), on ingenie’s Instagram profile throughout the duration of the giveaway.
2.2. Replies are valid if they are a direct reply through the Instagram story send message function or if a DM is sent independant of the story. The reply must be the correct emoji asked for in the relevant Instagram story post. ingenie will only reply back to the winner/s and let that entrant know they are the winner. ingenie will not reply to any other entrant - ingenie will 'ghost' all other entrants.
2.3. If an entrant DMs ingenie outside the scope of the giveaway, for example, with an insurance customer service question, ingenie will reply. This does not mean that person is a winner.
2.4. There are 4 £10 Costa Coffee eGift cards to be won.
2.5. The winner/s will be selected at random from all qualifying entries for each of the 4 Instagram story posts.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The giveaway prize draw will run from 11am Tuesday 14th December to Saturday 18th December 2021. Each 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram story post will remain on ingenie’s Instagram story for approximately 24 hours (after this time they will be removed automatically by Instagram).
3.2. All giveaway entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date and time. All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the giveaway:
3.3.1. You must follow ingenie on Instagram @ingenieinsurance.
3.3.2. Reply to ingenie's 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram story post, by DM, with the relevant emoji asked for.
3.3.3. You can enter any and all of the giveaway 4 Instagram story posts.
3.4. By submitting a giveaway entry, prize draw entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

A prize winner for each 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram story post will be chosen within the 7 days following the closing date, by using an online random number generator. ingenie will only reply back to the winner/s and let the entrant know they are the winner. ingenie will not reply to any other entrant, ingenie will 'ghost' all other entrants. If an entrant DMs ingenie outside the scope of the giveaway, for example, with an insurance customer service question, ingenie will reply. This does not mean that person is a winner.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. In order to enter you must:
4.1.1. Follow ingenie on Instagram @ingenieinsurance and reply by DM to ingenie's 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram story with the relevant emoji asked for.
4.2. The competition is open to all residents in the UK (aged 17 and over) except:
4.2.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person, per 'Ghost of Christmas Presents' Instagram story giveaway post.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize giveaway.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. The total giveaway prize is 4 £10 Costa Coffe eGift cards. One £10 Costa Coffee eGift card to each winner.
5.2. The prizes will be sent to the email address provided by the winner/s within one week of the relevant competition ending.
5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.5. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a prizes being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
5.6. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.7. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5.8. The eGift card must be used before the expiry date stated on the eGift card. ingenie does not accept any liability for eGift cards not used before this deadline.
6. WINNERS
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The winner will be notified by social media within 7 days of the closing date and be asked to confirm their email address.
6.3. ingenie will inform the winner/s they have won via DM and also a winner/s post on ingenie's Instagram profile.
6.3. The winner has 7 days, from being informed that they are the prize winner, to claim the prize.
6.4. If you object to any or all of your social media handle, name, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
8.2 ingenie will use the personal data and answers submitted to administer the competition and distribute prizes.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the giveaway.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspect, cancel, or amend the prize giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
