1. THE PROMOTER

2. THE COMPETITION
2.1. The title of the competition prize draw is ingenie’s Christmas quiz 2021 competition.
2.2. There will be 3 winners selected at random from all those who get the most correct answers on the quiz.
2.3. Each of the 3 winners will be sent a £50 Amazon e-voucher.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The competition prize draw will run from 12 midday Thursday 9th December to 10am Thursday 23rd December 2021.
3.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the quiz competition prize draw you must:
3.3.1. Complete ingenie's Christmas quiz 2021 and short survey.
3.4. By submitting an entry, competition prize draw entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

3.6. A prize winner/s will be chosen within the 7 days following the quiz closing date, by using an online random number generator from all those who get the most correct answers on the quiz.
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1. In order to enter you must:
4.1.1. Have completed the quiz and survey, providing ingenie with your genuine contact details.
4.2. The competition is open to all residents in the UK (aged 17 and over) except:
4.2.1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
4.2.2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
4.2.3. members of the immediate families or households of 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 above.
4.3. In entering the competition prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person.
4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. THE PRIZE
5.1. There are 3 £50 Amazon e-vouchers to be won. One for each winner.
5.2. The £50 Amazon e-voucher will be sent to the winner/s via the email address provided on the Christmas quiz 2021 within one week of the prize draw taking place.
5.3. The e-voucher must be used before the expiry date stated on the e-voucher. ingenie does not accept any liability for e-vouchers not used before this deadline.
5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.5. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
5.6. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of an e-voucher being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
5.7. E-vouchers for this competition prize draw can only be used and distributed electronically.
5.8. No cash alternative will be offered.
5.9. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. WINNERS
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The winner/s will be notified by their email address and on ingenie's social media within 7 days of the closing date.
6.3. If you object to any or all of your name, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
8.2 ingenie will use the personal data and answers submitted to administer the competition and distribute prizes, and will also use the submitted answers to help design future promotional content.
8.3 If you agree to give marketing consent, ingenie may use your personal details to send you marketing material and/or the ingenie newsletter.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspect, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
