1. THE PROMOTER
1.1 This prize draw is organised by A-Plan Holdings trading as ingenie, with company number (No. 750484) (FRN 310164 ) ("Promoter"). Registered in England at 2 Des Roches Square, Witney, OX28 4LE. You can contact ingenie in relation to the offer by emailing us at marketingteam@ingenie.com.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions set out all the rights and obligations that apply to the ingenie and DVSA dash cam prize draw.
2. THE PRIZE DRAW
2.1. The title of the prize draw is ingenie and DVSA dash cam prize draw.
2.2. ingenie will be giving away one ROAD ANGEL Halo Pro Deluxe Quad HD Dash Cam each month for the duration of the prize draw.
2.3. Each monthly winner will be selected at random from all entries received during the previous month.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The prize draw will run from 01/12/2021 to midnight 28/02/2022 (“Closing Date”).
3.2. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
3.3. To enter the prize draw you must:

3.3.2. First name, last name, email address, driving stage, driving test date (if booked), mobile number, if you would like to sign up for SMS ingenie updates, if you would like to sign up to ingenie newsletter and marketing.
3.4. By submitting your details the entrant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

4. THE PRIZE
4.1. The monthly prize is one ROAD ANGEL Halo Pro Deluxe Quad HD Dash Cam.
4.2. The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winning entrant within one week of confirming their address.
4.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4.4. ingenie reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value, in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
4.5. ingenie does not accept any liability in the event of a prize being lost, stolen, mislaid or unusable through no fault of ingenie.
4.6. No cash alternative will be offered. Any additional costs or requirements associated with the prize draw are the responsibility of the customer.
4.7. ingenie reserves the right to withdraw, modify or supersede the giveaway (including altering prizes) at any time without notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. ELIGIBILITY
5.1. The prize draw is open to the residents in the UK and aged 17 or over who hold a provisional licence. Except:
5.1.1 Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies,
5.1.2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holdings or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration, and
5.1.3. Members of the immediate families or households of 5.1.1 or 5.1.2 above.
5.2. By taking part, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

5.4 The prize draw entry is limited to only one entry per person.
5.5 No cash or credit alternative will be provided.
5.6 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the use of the discount code.
6. WINNERS
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2. The winner will be notified by the email address they provided on the entry form within 7 days of the monthly prize draw taking place and will be asked to confirm their address.
6.3. The winner has 7 days, from being informed that they are the prize winner, to reply to the email with their address to claim the prize.
6.4. If you object to any or all of your name, surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the promoter.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the discount receiver or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the discount except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
8.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Data Privacy Policy.
9. GENERAL
9.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from receiving the discount.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the discount code where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
