Legal expenses cover

Legal expenses cover

There are some costs not covered by your car insurance policy, and they can mount up quickly when it comes to legal fees. Legal expenses cover helps out in these situations:

  • The legal cost of a civil claim if you’re physically injured in an accident, or someone else was.
  • The cost of recovering losses where a third party involved in a claim is uninsured.
  • The cost of defending a driving prosecution for a driving offence where your licence is at risk.
  • Costs relating to claims arising from the sale, purchase or lease of your car
  • Costs of claims relating to payments for testing, servicing or repair of your car.

Replacement car cover

If your car’s taken out of action by an accident, vandalism, theft, or other claim covered by your car insurance, you’ll get a replacement. Nice.

  • You’ll get the replacement car up until the date your car is repaired or a settlement delivered.
  • It’ll be delivered free of charge within a day of you reporting the incident.
  • Delivery to a location of your choice within the UK
